WARRANTY SHALL BE COVERED FOLLOWING TERMS:
- Normal Malfunctioning disorder, failure of software, Main PCA Board, sensor Board, Pump Section, Optical section etc.
- During the installation process if any disorder of any machine than warranty shall be covered.
- Normal non-functioning of instrument due failure of any mechanical components of the instrument.
WARRANTY SHALL NOT BE COVERED FOLLOWING TERMS:
- Damage of the instrument totally or partially due high Voltage/Surge, Flooding, Rain water, Corrosive chemicals, Operators Mishandling, damage by Rats, Cockroach, any other insects or smaller animals etc.
- Reagent/ QC reagents printer paper, Lamps & Plastic Disposables etc shall be required normally by the instrument per guidelines of the suppliers manual do not cover in warranty clause.
- Any other fault of the Machine/ instrument due abnormal storage/transport or handling etc.
